Terms of use
Clear terms for this website and the information it contains.
Last updated: 9 September 2026
1. Scope
This informational website is operated by Briar Hamsfest Consulting s.r.o., identified on the company page. Browsing it does not create a paid subscription, grant a dataset or software licence, or place an order. Scope, fees, delivery, acceptance and rights for paid work are agreed separately.
2. Using the website
You may browse and link to public pages and keep reasonable extracts for internal evaluation where permitted by the relevant rights holder’s licence or applicable law, preserving attribution and existing notices. Do not compromise security, bypass access controls, overload the service, distribute malicious code, impersonate others or use material unlawfully.
Website access does not give access to underlying models, source data or private services. It does not permit use of our branding to imply endorsement. Statutory rights and exceptions remain unaffected.
3. Research and synthetic outputs
Service descriptions are general information, not a promise of a particular result. Synthetic populations, profiles, preferences, responses and movement patterns are modelled representations. They do not establish facts about an identifiable real person.
Evidence strength, accuracy, geographical scope and uncertainty depend on the source, release, assumptions, validation and intended use. Synthetic responses are not equivalent to observed human responses. Do not present illustrations or modelled outputs as measured results, or use general website material as the sole basis for consequential decisions about individuals.
4. Intellectual property
Rights in protected branding, text, software, models and other material belong to Briar or the relevant rights holders, where such rights arise. No ownership or licence in datasets, models or commissioned deliverables transfers through browsing. Third-party materials retain their licences; see credits and licences.
AI-generated illustrations are identified as such. We do not claim that every generated element necessarily attracts exclusive copyright protection.
5. Accuracy, links and availability
We aim to keep information clear and current, but general pages may contain errors or become out of date. Confirm specifications before relying on them. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. External website operators control their own content and privacy practices.
6. Responsibility
Each party remains responsible for its conduct under applicable law. Nothing in these notices excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or removes mandatory consumer protections. Responsibility for commissioned work is governed by the applicable engagement and law.
7. Enquiries and confidentiality
Our privacy notice explains visitor and enquiry information. An initial enquiry does not by itself establish a confidentiality agreement. Please agree an appropriate transfer channel before sending confidential datasets or sensitive personal records.
8. Applicable law and concerns
Czech law applies to these website terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Jurisdiction follows applicable law. Raise a concern with info@briar.cz.
If a separate consumer contract is concluded and a dispute falls within its remit, the Czech Trade Inspection Authority’s alternative dispute resolution service may be available. This does not limit access to the courts.
9. Updates and languages
We show the date of the current notice above. Updates do not retrospectively change an existing agreement. Czech, English, Italian and German versions are provided for accessibility and understanding. If you notice an inconsistency, contact us; mandatory rights and the language agreed for a specific contract remain unaffected.
